Bookings and payments

A fixed down payment of PHP 500 is required to reserve your stay. This down payment is deductible from your total bill and the remaining balance is paid at check-in.

The down payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and standard check-out is 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and may have corresponding fees.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation and reschedule requests should follow the policies shown on the website and booking pages. By completing a booking, you agree to those timelines and conditions.

Guest conduct

Guests must follow house rules and respect other guests, staff, and property facilities. Serious or repeated violations may result in cancellation of stay without refund.
