How much do I pay to reserve a booking?
A fixed PHP 500 down payment is required to reserve your stay. It is deductible from your total bill and non-refundable in case of cancellation.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is paid upon check-in.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, subject to our policy timelines. Cancellation requests should be made at least 3 days before check-in, and reschedules at least 2 days before check-in.
How do I manage my booking?
Use the Manage Booking page and enter your reference and email, or open the manage link sent to your email.
